If you order before 16:00, we will ship your order the same day!

Our shipping partner is bpost. If you're ordering from abroad, your order will be delivered with DPD. The standard delivery time in Belgium is one day. Outside Belgium, you should expect a delivery time of 2 to 4 days.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package departs from us (ordered before 16:00 = same-day departure), you will receive an email with a track & trace link. If you haven't received the link, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Where Is My Order?

Your order will depart within 24 hours (on weekdays). If you order on the weekend, your order will depart on Monday.

Has My Order Been Shipped?

If you have received a track & trace link but there's no movement, it means we've handed your order over to the carrier. Give it some time; updates will come. If there's still no movement, please contact us.
